  • Return will be only accepted if the customer notifies via any medium of communication within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Returns will only be accepted if there is a colour fade issue and not because of any other issue or a defect.
  • We will require the product in its intact condition. For the purpose of return we will require the product in the exact condition as it was delivered with the tag intact.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifting & Corporate

  • For any such corporate or gifting orders a minimum period of 45 days will be required from the time of the purchase order till the time of delivery.
  • We will require a 50% advance for any such customisation order and 50% payment on the time of delivery. If the customer wants any sample then a fee of Rs. 3000 will be charged per sample which will be adjusted at the time of final payment of the finished order.
  • A minimum order of 100 pieces will be required for gifting purpose or a corporate order or both.
